About Tamia
Tamia issued such R&B hit singles as "You Put a Move on My Heart," "Slow Jams" (with Babyface), "Make Tonight Beautiful," "Stranger in My House," etc. She released her first full-length eponymous album in 1998. A Nu Day followed in 2000, it was recorded with help of Shep Crawford, Missy Elliott, and Dallas Austin. In 2001, the Elektra label released the Still LP.
